The Ginestra Gialla holiday apartment is located in a strategic position just a few metres from the renowned thermal springs of Colà, 500 metres from the centre of the village of Colà with restaurants and bars and a short drive from Lazise and Lake Garda.
This modern holiday apartment is part of a new residence with 8 units, completed by a common swimming pool.
Living area: Entering, you access a living room that leads to a spacious balcony with a view of the pool. Furnished with an outdoor dining table and a sofa facing a satellite TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, hob and microwave oven ensures comfort during the stay.
Bedrooms: The first bedroom offers a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and access to a rear balcony through a French window. The second bedroom has two single beds, an open wardrobe and access to the same rear balcony. The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with a large shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine.
Parking: Guests can park in the property's covered garage, with a reserved parking space for the apartment.
External areas and swimming pool: Guests have access to a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

This is a new apartment and for us in the perfect location, easy access to all of Lake Garda and surrounding area. The village is only a 3 minute walk. Easy to find with Google Map. I am trying to find a fault but can't so that's why we as a family gave it 5stars

Das keine großen Mülltonnen außerhalb der Wohnung zur Verfügung stehen ist schon sehr störend, weil man die ganzen vollen Müllbeutel in der Wohnung liegen hat.
