Located in a quiet residential area, just 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the splendid shores of Lake Garda, Apartment Petra is the perfect choice for a holiday focused on relaxation and convenience.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern newly built residence with a large common swimming pool and a large fully enclosed green area.
Upon entering the residence, two covered parking spaces are available.
Living area:
Upon entering, you access a bright living room with direct access to a spacious garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors, which surrounds the apartment.
The living room is elegantly furnished with a dining table for four people, a large sofa with satellite TV. Outside there is also a table for outdoor dining and a lounge with umbrellas.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave oven ensures comfort during the stay.
Bedrooms:
The first bedroom offers a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a satellite TV and access to the garden through a French window. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and access to the same back garden. The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and washing machine.
Exterior:
The Residence is equipped with a large swimming pool with sunbeds and a spacious green outdoor area.
A cellar is also available where you can store your bicycles.

Das Apartment Petra ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber. Der Check In verlief reibungslos. Bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Sehr schön war natürlich auch der Pool. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Vielleicht wäre ein Wäscheständer hilfreich um Handtücher auf der Terrasse aufzuhängen. Und das Sammeln von Müll ist nicht so einfach da es keine Mülltonnen gibt.

Das Apartment scheint ganz neu gebaut worden zu sein. Es macht einen sehr neuwertigen und hochwertigen Eindruck. Es ist voll ausgestattet, selbst etwas Deko gibt es hier und da, was für ein gemütliches Ambiente sorgte. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die bsee more

Es ist voll ausgestattet, selbst etwas Deko gibt es hier und da, was für ein gemütliches Ambiente sorgte. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und der Wohn-Essbereich können separat klimatisiert werden, sehr komfortabel.
Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten au9estattet. Toll war auch die große Terrasse mit etwas Garten dabei. Ein gepflegter Pool und 2 Carportplätze runden das tolle Angebot ab. Die Lage ist ruhig, ca. 20 Gehminuten zur Altstadt und knapp 10 Gehminuten zum Lidl, wo wir jeden morgen frische Brötchen geholt haben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder! |
