The AREA
Malcesine is a small town on the shores of Lake Garda where you can enjoy moments of fun between a sailing, windsurfing, or kite ride and a trip to Monte Baldo. You can relax on the beaches by the lake or drink an aperitif on the lakeside promenade near the ancient castle.
Apartment La Perla can be reached by driving along the panoramic road that leads from Lake Garda to the mountain above, Monte Baldo, for about 500 meters. As soon as you arrive you will be fascinated by the beauty of the landscape and the view of Lake Garda.
ENTRANCE
From the Via Panoramica of Malcesine, you arrive at Residence La Perla (023045-LOC-00938) and access the electric gate to the parking area where you have a private uncovered parking space.
Our apartment is located in the second building on the first floor and is reached by an external staircase.
Enter the apartment and you are in the bright living room which consists of a large sofabed for 2 Persons, a satellite TV, and a dining table overlooking the large window overlooking the lake and the mountains.
The small kitchen has an induction top, refrigerator freeze, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe and the bathroom has a comfortable shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The terrace is protected with a large awning and you can have lunch or dinner and relax watching the lake and the beautiful panorama.
Inside the Residence, you can take a bath in the pool shared with 15 other properties or relax by the pool.

Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a holiday destination throughout the year.
Malcesine is famous for its winds that blow with a certain constancy, vary from area to area, and intensity from morning to afternoon; they are ideal for those who want to learn, both for those who want to improve or train. Many internationally renowned athletes come to train or live on Lake Garda.
Sailing, Surf, and Kite schools are at your disposal to enjoy these winds and the Fraglia Vela of Malcesine welcomes beginners and the most expert sailors.
From Malcesine, you can reach Monte Baldo with the cableway that "flies" in a few minutes up to almost 1800 meters above sea level, with its rotating cabins capable of arousing new emotions. On the slopes of Monte Baldo, you can enjoy the beautiful spectacle from the top of Monte Baldo by cycling or walking around.
Verona is about 60 km and Venice is 190km.
