The home has everything you need. The air conditioning works well, the unit has breathtaking views and it has a washer for you to use.

It would be good to let renters know about what coffee to purchase for the coffee machine, the difficulty of parking and steep incline as well as the electrical issues. Our electricity went out 3 times while staying there and my husband had to walk osee more
It would be good to let renters know about what coffee to purchase for the coffee machine, the difficulty of parking and steep incline as well as the electrical issues. Our electricity went out 3 times while staying there and my husband had to walk out to the gate and reset the power. Each day leaving the parking area was difficult to navigate the pole. Thankfully we didn't scratch the rental car. Also, the damage to the foyer wall should be addressed as it appears there may be some plumbing issues from a previous leak. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

North House is reached by following the Gardesana Road and is located just a few metres from the beach and approximately 700 metres from the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Restaurants and Bars, which you can reach on foot using the lakeside promenade.
The apartment is located on the second floor within a property consisting of several apartments with a shared swimming pool. Inside there is a lift.
LIVING AREA
Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the living room which overlooks the balcony with a table so you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Garda.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, oven.
A large dining table completes the dining area and a sofa allows you to comfortably watch satellite flat-screen TV. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and equipped with an outdoor table with umbrella for your lunches or dinners.
BEDROOMS
The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with table lamps, and access to the balcony via a French door. Inside the bedroom there is also a bathroom with shower.

THE AREA
From the lakeside promenade you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco on foot with its Scaliger Castle in about 10 minutes.
A few metres from the apartment we have the bus stop available and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns on the Lake.
From this position you can reach Malcesine, approximately 20 km away, and take a trip up Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car, or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area.
Verona is approximately 45 km away and Venice approximately 160 km away.

Residence alle Torri is a modern apartment located in Albisano, a calm and quiet area of Torri del Benaco.
The apartment has many advantages: the location offers a wonderful lake view, the facility is new and functional, you are not far from the village center and by car soon on the beaches and nearby villages.
It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining and sitting room including a fully equipped kitchen.
The covered terrace offers an ideal place to eat and relax, enjoying a breathtaking view.
The apartment is suitable for up 4 people and has a private, covered car parking.
The pool is located in the garden and is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. It usually opens from June 1 to September 20.
