The apartment is part of Villa Corazza, a property from the early 1900s, skilfully restored with materials created by local artisans, such as terracotta flooring, fireplace, external stone portico with breathtaking view of Lake Garda. Its geographical location makes it particularly suitable for visiting the most beautiful places on the lake, as well as the cities of Verona, Mantua, Trento, Venice and the Monte Baldo mountain for beautiful excursions for trekking and bike enthusiasts. The apartment is positioned on the ground floor. There are two entrances, one in the common area, and the other directly to the property. The direct entrance consists of a small gate that leads to the external porch and the pertinent garden. One enters directly into the living room and dining room through a glass door. On the left side, there is a hallway that borders the master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the right side of the entrance from the porch, there is the dining room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Always from the living room, a hallway leads to the kitchen, a master bedroom with an added single sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The property is located north of Lake Garda on the eastern shore of Verona, not far from the centre of Torri del Benaco, 15 km from the A22 Modena – Brenner motorway exit (Affi Exit) and with the opportunity to embark just 1 km away to visit all the most beautiful towns on the lake, and the proximity of the city of Verona for important events such as the Arena di Verona, and many other cities like Venice just 150 km away. The Villa is facing the Gardesana which allows you to tour the lake in a single day. The nearest railway station is Peschiera del Garda, which is only 34 km away, or Verona Porta Nuova at 42 km, on the route with Brenner and therefore all Nordic countries or the Milan-Venice line.

The pool is tiled and equipped with an aluminium ladder for water access. The purification is salt-based and the pool is fitted with both internal and external lighting throughout the solarium area. This 100 sq m area is partly in terracotta and the rest is lawn. Additionally, there are numerous park areas nearby immersed in beautiful nature with olive trees that allow for complete relaxation. The Frader Otto apartment is located about 2 kilometres from the centre of Torri Del Benaco and is part of a small and elegant condominium consisting of four independent units.
It is located on the second floor and consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a large and bright living room with an equipped kitchen and a corner used as a TV and living room area. It can therefore comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The two large and panoramic terraces overlooking the lake and connected to each other are certainly the jewel in the crown of the property. In one, with direct access from the kitchen, there is a large masonry barbecue for the inevitable summer barbecues, enjoying the fantastic view.
The apartment is located opposite the lake and you can access the free beach by simply crossing the main road. In the condominium garden there are two private parking spaces and also a private and fenced area of about 50 square metres furnished with sun loungers and equipped with a very useful gate also for the safety of pets travelling with guests. On the ground floor there is an area with a washing machine dedicated to our guests.
From the lakeside promenade you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle in about 15/20 minutes on foot.
A few metres from the apartment we have a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west bank of Lake Garda or allow you to take a trip to the various towns on the lake.
From this position you can reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take a trip to MontaBaldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area.
