Casa Beatrice (C.I.-023086-LOC-00077) is located in Pai di Sotto, a small village about 6 km far from Torri del Benaco and lies on the first floor of a building with two apartments.
The owners live on the groundfloor. An independent stair leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. Casa Beatrice consists of a homely living area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen both connected with a large covered terrace where you can relax, have dinner or enjoy the view of the lake while sipping a glass of chilled white wine. The living area is air conditioned.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The main bedroom features an ensuite bath and a big window with an amazing view of the lake, especially at sunset.
Casa Beatrice can comfortably accomodate 5 people. Free Wifi.
When you want to swim, the lake and the beaches are only within 100 meters taking a shortcut that starts at the house.

1. to do some renovation works inside of the apartment.
2. to have a stable access to the internet via Wi-Fi in the apartment.
3. Several times there were roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen. Please proceed with the sanitary actions on it.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist aber der große überdachte Balkon und die Aussicht.
Pai selbst ist sehr "beschaulich". Unten an der Strasse gibt es 3 Restaurants, weiter desee more

“Beautiful very quiet village. Clean well-appointed apartment with lovely views over the lake though a short, sharp hill needs to be walked to get there. No problem if you have a car . There is a free mini bus which runs regularly during the day to Tsee more
“Beautiful very quiet village. Clean well-appointed apartment with lovely views over the lake though a short, sharp hill needs to be walked to get there. No problem if you have a car . There is a free mini bus which runs regularly during the day to Torre and a river boat stops once in the morning and afternoon. The local buses run very regularly and are excellent value to most towns on the lake. There are no supermarketssmall shops in Pai there are a couple of small food shops in Torre. The nearest larger supermarket need you to have a car to access. Both the pizza restaurants in Pai serve snacks as well as lunch and dinner and have lovely sitting areas overlooking the lake. If you are a light sleeper the church bell ringing hourly day and night may cause disturbed sleep. A lovely area to visit and will definitely return to explore further,”
