At Albisano di Torri del Benaco, a charming hillside village overlooking Lake Garda, this welcoming apartment enjoys a privileged position that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Garda, creating a spectacular setting to enjoy at any time of day.
The apartment is located in the turret of a Residence with 12 units accessed via an electric gate that leads to the private garage for one car.
Access is via the small garden furnished with a large dining table protected by an umbrella and from here you can access the apartment and the panoramic roof terrace.
The apartment welcomes guests in a spacious and bright living area furnished with a living zone overlooking the small terrace with lake views and a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an induction hob and featuring a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking for all guests.
The comfortable living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a contemporary dining area and is equipped with air conditioning.

The sleeping area is located on the lower floor and is accessible via an internal staircase from the living room. It comprises two spacious double bedrooms, both furnished with large wardrobes and bedside tables. North House is reached by following the Gardesana Road and is located just a few metres from the beach and approximately 700 metres from the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Restaurants and Bars, which you can reach on foot using the lakeside promenade.

THE AREA
From the lakeside promenade you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco on foot with its Scaliger Castle in about 10 minutes.
A few metres from the apartment we have the bus stop available and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns on the Lake.
From this position you can reach Malcesine, approximately 20 km away, and take a trip up Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car, or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area.
Verona is approximately 45 km away and Venice approximately 160 km away.

The covered terrace offers an ideal place to eat and relax, enjoying a breathtaking view.
The apartment is suitable for up 4 people and has a private, covered car parking.
