Payment: 

Check-in:

To confirm the booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booking. The balance is requested within 21 (twenty-one) days from the day of check-in and in case of payment by credit card the amount will be automatically loaded on the credit card.

The Check-in time is from 4.00 pm  of the arrival date.

Check-out:

Check-out time is by 10.00 am on your scheduled departure day, unless otherwise agreed with the agency.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellations of the booking made 10 days before the check-in day, the booking deposit will be paid back. After this date the complete rental rate will be charged.

Security deposit:

A damage deposit might be required (€ 300,00 to € 500,00 according to the rented property) and will be reserved on a valid credit card at the arrival. It will be released after the check out day.

Number of people:

The stay in the property of a number of people higher than the “Total Sleeps” and not agreed with Domus Rental is not allowed and leads to the end of the contract (C.C. Art 1456). The sublease is prohibited.

According to art. 5, par. 1,law 431 of 9/12/1998 – Regione Veneto -the stated apartment is for Touristic Rentals.

Guest no-show:

In case of no show and in absence of any communication with Domus Rental ( booking@domusrental.com) within 12.00 pm of the check-in day, the booking will be cancelled and the property will be free to be booked for the same period. 

Health protection for non-smokers:

The smoking ban applies to the internal premises of all our facilities. Failure to comply with this prohibition will entail the payment of an administrative fine of a minimum of € 27,50 to a maximum of € 275,00 (on the basis of Article 1 paragraph 189 L311 / 04).

The penalty will be doubled in presence of pregnant women and children up to 12 years.
