Villa With Private Pool and Lake View for 8 Persons.
The Space
Driving up the street leading from the Lake to its surrounding mountain “Monte Baldo”, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view and the beauty of our landscapes.
Villa Ilaria (C.I.023086-LOC-00450) lies on the hill above the lake in a privileged position, almost 6 km from both Torri and Garda, that offers at the same time privacy and a beautiful private panorama.
LIVING SPACES
The villa welcomes you with a driveway gate where you can park a car and unload luggage.
Inside a second driveway gate, you will have a parking area where you can comfortably park 3 or 4 cars. We do not have a garage or covered area for cars.
Villa Ilaria welcomes you to the large living room, with sofa and a table for your breakfast, and continues with a covered terrace furnished with a large table where you can have lunch and dinner in the open with your whole family or friends.
Next to the living room, there is a complete kitchen that also leads to the second terrace with an outdoor living room where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Garda.
The kitchen is completely provided with a fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday.
Or if you prefer you could use the outside table, situated in the arcade with a view of the pool area.
The terrace has an outdoor living area decorated with outdoor armchairs and couches and also a gas BBQ that offers the possibility to enjoy a good grill altogether.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Villa Ilaria has 4 double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom.
Floor 2
The Master Bedroom is located on the same floor as the kitchen and living room and is completed by a bathroom with a shower. A French window opens onto the garden and a beautiful view of the lake.
Floor 1
From the living room, you descend a staircase to the lower floor and access to the large living room where you can spend the hottest days or rainy days.
The living area offers comfortable sofas to be able to watch satellite television and maybe sip some good wine.
Adjacent to the living area we have a small but complete kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine.
The 3 double bedrooms have double beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Each is complemented by a large built-in wardrobe and French doors affixed to the garden.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Enjoy your outdoor holiday in Villa Ilaria.
We offer more places to simply relax in the sun surrounded by your loved ones enjoying the pace you prefer to give to your stay.
The focal point of the summer life of our villa is definitely the pool well inserted in the green garden and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for perfect relaxation.
A large garden surrounds the entire property that is not completely enclosed since the upper part it is a protected forest.
GETTING THERE
From Torri del Benaco or from Garda, follow the road that leads to Albisano and then to Monte Luppia Località Sorte.

Verona is 45 km away and Venice is 170 km away. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking.

Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very clean too. Kitchen very well equipped. Lovely spacious property with beautiful large pool. Wonderful views of the lake. Highly recommended.

Loved the house and beautiful yard.. we loved our stay at Villa Ilaria, the service from Domus was great, always responded in a timely manner. House was clean and kitchen had what we needed.

One item I would improve on is perhaps air the home out prior to arrival, there was a bit of a musty smell, especially on lower floor. Once we did that it was better
