Villa da Sacco has been transformed into a residence of approximately 25 units with a large tree-lined park and a swimming pool.
It is located in a strategic position a few metres from the famous Terme di Colà, 500 metres from the centre of Colà with restaurants and bars and a short distance from Lazise and Lake Garda.
From the property, one can enjoy a suggestive view of Lake Garda, which makes the experience even more unique and fascinating.
Entering the elegant apartment with frescoed ceilings, one is welcomed by a living room with two sofas with a smart TV and a dining area with a table and 4 comfortable chairs. Apartment Smeraldo is part of a spacious and elegant residence, located a few minutes from the center of Lazise. The house is located in a position that allows you to live the life of the center, but also to isolate yourself to enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility.

The kitchen is complete with fridge and freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary accessories to enjoy great meals with family and friends.
