Villa Viù is a welcoming private villa with a swimming pool nestled in the tranquillity of the hills of Torri del Benaco, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view of the lake, it is the ideal destination for families, couples or groups of friends who want a holiday focused on relaxation, nature and comfort.
Located in a quiet residential area, Villa Viù can be reached by travelling along the scenic road that connects Albisano to San Zeno di Montagna, and then taking a short steep private asphalt road of about 300 metres.
Upon arrival, a wide driveway gate welcomes guests and opens onto the rear garden and patio furnished with a small lounge and table, perfect for enjoying an aperitif in the open air.

INTERIORS
FLOOR 1
The entrance leads to a spacious bright living room with a light leather sofa and dining area, ideal for sharing convivial moments together.
The equipped kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and much more.
On the floor there is a service toilet.
The large matrimonial master bedroom with a complete private bathroom featuring a shower and Jacuzzi whirlpool bath overlooks a private terrace with a view of the large swimming pool.
Always on the floor but not communicating, through an independent side entrance, one accesses a private suite composed of a double bedroom, a toilet and a small kitchen with a refrigerator. A complete bathroom with shower is located on the lower floor.
FLOOR -1
On the ground floor there is a second living room with direct access to the external lake view terrace with a satellite TV.
This level also hosts two double bedrooms with French windows, a bathroom with a bathtub and an elegant private spa with a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and shower.
All bedrooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

THE SPACE
Villa Sybille was built 3 km away from the centre of Torri del Benaco, on the hill above the Lake of Garda with a phenomenal view. Driving up the street leading from the Lake to its surrounding mountain “Monte Baldo”, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view and the beauty of our landscapes.
The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood that offers at the same time privacy and a beautiful panorama and includes a protected area, therefore the last part of the street to the house doesn’t have asphalt.
LIVING SPACES
The villa welcomes you with a covered driveway gate where you can comfortably park 2 or 3 cars and unload luggages.
The house is developed on two floors: Villa Sybille welcomes you with a beautiful panorama of the lake that can be enjoyed from the whole first floor. This floor provides a living room, with a sofa, a SMART-TV and a table for your breakfast, a kitchen, completely provided with a fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday, and a bathroom. The glass-door in the living-room can be slid to access the covered terrace, developed on two sides of the house, furnished with a large table where you can have lunch and dinner enjoying the view with your whole family or friends.
SLEEPING AREA
From the living room you descend with a staircase to the lower floor, that is directly in front of the pool and garden area and contains four bedrooms all complemented by a large built-in wardrobe and french doors affixed to the garden. The night space has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another master bedroom,two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned in order to offer the most comfortable experience ever to our guests.
Adjacent to the bedrooms’ area we have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The laundry is connected with a second living area that offers comfortable sofas and a direct access to the pool area.
There are video surveillance cameras in the external areas of the property. The images are not subject to recording.
THE OUTSIDE SPACE
The focal point of the summer life of our villa is definitely the pool well inserted in the green garden, with a wonderful belvedere and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for a perfect relaxation.
The terrace, which develops on three of the house’s sides, has an outdoor living area decorated with a second dining table on the back of the villa and some couches. The house is also provided with a gas BBQ that offers the possibility to enjoy a good grill altogether.
The pool doesn’t have a heating system and is available from 20.04 to'1.10.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination all year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with a multitude of attractions like and Sealife aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure opening in 2022, is about 30 km away. Verona is 45 km away and Venice 170 km away. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking.

Villa for 8 people with private pool and lake view
The AREA
Villa Ilaria (C.I.023086-LOC-00450) is located on the hill about 5 km from Torri del Benaco and Garda in a privileged position that offers privacy and a beautiful lake view. The last part of the road leading to the property is a narrow lane.
The property welcomes you with a driveway gate with the possibility of parking a car and unloading luggage.
Inside a second driveway gate, you will have a parking area where you can comfortably park 3 or 4 cars. We do not have a garage or covered area for cars.
Kitchen and Dining Area
Villa Ilaria welcomes you in the spacious living room that continues with a covered terrace furnished with a large table where you can have lunch and dinner amidst the greenery with your entire family or with friends.
Next to the living room is the kitchen, which leads to the second terrace with an outdoor lounge where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Garda.
The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary elements in the kitchen.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Villa Ilaria has four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The Master Suite is located on the same floor as the kitchen and living room and is completed by a bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor we have 3 rooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Each is completed by a large built-in wardrobe and French window overlooking the garden.
All rooms have Air Conditioning.
EXTERNAL AREAS
A large garden surrounds the entire property which is not completely fenced as the upper part is a protected woodland.
The swimming pool, set in the garden's greenery, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for perfect relaxation.

From Torri del Benaco or from Garda, take the road that leads to Albisano and then to Monte Luppia Locality Sorte.
